American Thunder Events indicated in BOLD
CL = Cruise/Lunch • ON (#) = Overnight (number of nights in parenthesis)
BA = Brass Ass (a hard days ride).
Brass Ass Ride Guidelines:
1. Stops are for liquids in and liquids out. (Average time is about 10 minutes!)
2.
You should be able to go at least 150 miles between stops.
3.
Make sure your bike is well maintained with good tires and battery.
4.
Make sure that you have enough survival gear, food and water.
5.
If you break down, you might be on your own. (The sweep rider will try to make sure you are okay, but that is about it. If you are the sweep, you're it!)
These guidelines are intended to let everyone know what is in store for them on a BA ride!
All rides will be subject to acceptable weather conditions.  If it’s raining, it will be rescheduled.
The mileage indicated is approximate round trip mileage.
THE MILEAGE CONTEST
John McCain Memorial Mileage Contest will be officially started at the First Ride of the Year. If you anticipate riding more than 5,000 miles annually, you are encouraged to sign up at the start of the this ride. If you cannot make that ride, please contact any officer to have your miles recorded as soon as possible.
